General Definitions
Bookmaker Company – The MegaPari online platform (referred to as the “Company”), offering users the ability to place bets on events online.
Main Brand – The unique combination of components that make the Company distinct and recognizable among users. For this Affiliate Program, the Main Brand is referred to as “MegaPari.”
Company Website – Any website operated by the Company that includes the Company’s Brand wholly or partially in its domain name.
Company Products – Services or sets of services available to users on the Company’s platforms.
Affiliate Program – A partnership model between the Company and its Partners, implemented via MegaPariPartners.com, where Partners use their resources to promote the Company’s services and earn rewards. The terms of this partnership are outlined in this agreement and accepted upon Partner registration.
Partner – A webmaster (individual or entity) who joins the Affiliate Program to attract new users to the Company’s platform and promote its products.
Affiliate Account – A Partner’s personal account within the Affiliate Program.
New Users – Individuals who have never held an account on any MegaPari site and register through the Partner’s referral link, creating a gaming account and making a first deposit.
Referral Link – A unique link containing the Partner’s ID that directs users to the Company’s website.
Earnings – The commission the Partner earns from the profit generated by New Users they attract.
Payout – The transfer of Earnings from the Affiliate Program’s internal account to the Partner’s gaming account.
Reporting Period – A specified time frame for monitoring performance within the Affiliate Program.
Advertising Materials – Promotional content, including text, graphics, audio, and video, used to market the Company’s products online.
Terms of the Agreement
- Acceptance of Terms Partners must review and accept the terms before engaging with the Company.
- Eligibility Participation is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Non-compliance with this clause may lead to refusal of Earnings and account suspension.
- Data Security Partners are responsible for securing their personal data, including login credentials. The Company is not liable for lost or shared data.
- Right to Refuse Cooperation The Company reserves the right to decline cooperation with any Partner without justification.
- Amendments The Company may update this agreement, with significant changes notified via the email provided during registration. The latest version will be published on the Affiliate Program website.
- Multiple Registrations Partners may register multiple accounts for different traffic sources, but payments will be made to a single account. Sub-partner registrations are prohibited.
Placement of Advertising Materials
Advertising materials must comply with local laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Only approved content should be used. Partners must submit self-created promotional materials for approval. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination. Outdated or inaccurate advertising content, such as expired promotions or incorrect logos, must be promptly updated. Partners are fully responsible for the content on their promotional resources.
Traffic Sources
Partners must disclose all traffic sources during registration. Concealment may lead to payment blocks and review of the partnership. The Company monitors traffic sources for compliance with terms and KPIs, ensuring no fraudulent activities occur.
Intellectual Property
Partners may not copy or mimic the Company’s website or branding. The use of Company trademarks, logos, or graphics is restricted to approved materials. Unauthorized domain names, keywords, or social media groups resembling the Company’s brands are prohibited.
Commission and Payments
Partner commissions depend on the net profit generated by New Users. The initial commission is 20% for three months, after which it may adjust based on performance, ranging between 15% and 25%. Payments are processed weekly, provided the minimum threshold of $100 is met.
Traffic Evaluation
Analysts review traffic for genuine behavior, focusing on deposit amounts and betting patterns. Anomalies may result in investigations. Motivated traffic, such as bonus hunting or simulated deposits, is flagged as fraudulent and disqualified from earnings.
Confidentiality & Dispute Resolution
Confidential business information must not be disclosed without prior Company approval. Obligations remain valid post-agreement termination. Partners may contest decisions through written communication with the Partner Program’s Support Service. Complaints are resolved within 14 business days. By adhering to these terms, Partners ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial collaboration with MegaPari.
